Animal Totems

The animals carry an essence-a spirit nature, of that species, and exemplify qualities we can learn from. There are spiritual symbols that convey qualities to us that can be used in our daily lives.
Animals are archetypes that work with the subconscious mind, tapping into the energy that is present in all things. The key to understanding our Animal Totems is to be perceptive and aware of our surroundings. Animals may be used as spiritual tools, which help us on our path of self discovery.
